Zekresh Technology

The technology level of the Zekresh Empire is (as of the 40th year of the reign of Emperor Cledman VI) at approximately the same level as that of Europe in the Middle Ages or China in the early Ming Dynasty. However, this is the highest level of technology achieved by the Empire. Most provinces far from the capital are behind the times, sometimes by two or three centuries worth of technological development.
